      Do you cover my area?

      Yes. We install and service in all 7 emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

      Is the home visit really free?

      Yes. We visit, look at your tank, pipes and water, and recommend what you need. There is no charge and no obligation.

      How soon can you install?

      We install the day after you confirm. Our own team does the work, tests everything and shows you how the system works before leaving.

      What does the warranty cover?

      Every system comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty. It does not cover damage caused by acts of God or human error. Filter cartridges, filter media and the shower filter are consumables, so they are replaced rather than covered by the warranty.

      What happens if something goes wrong?

      Message us on WhatsApp at any time, or call 9 am to 6 pm. Any complaint is resolved within 48 hours by our own team.

      How often does the system need service?

      Every 4 months. Service is free for the first year. After that, our maintenance plan is AED 999 a year, with everything due replaced: filters, salt, and media when needed.

      Do I need a softener if I have a filter?

      They do different jobs. The filter takes out sand, rust and chlorine. The softener removes the calcium and magnesium that cause white scale. Most villas need both.

      Does it work in an apartment?

      Yes. Tru Flow and Tru Soft Mini are compact systems made for apartments. They fit in the ceiling or a utility cupboard, with no building work.

      Do you service systems you didn't install?

      Yes. Our AED 99 filter service covers any brand and any type of system, with same-day visits across the UAE.

      Are your filters genuine?

      Yes. As Official AquaTru MENA, we fit genuine US-made cartridges on every visit.

      Who is AQUA Tru?
